Setup required patience with Android battery optimization but support guided me through it. The dashboard is clean and useful. One star off for voice notes not being transcribed � very common in Pakistan. Text monitoring is very good value.

Year one complete. I've monitored my daughter's iPhone through middle school's hardest year. The product was reliable, the keyword alerts were accurate (fired 5 times, each time warranted), and the location tracking kept me sane when she started taking the bus alone. Support was there for both iOS updates that disrupted things. If I'm giving four stars after a full year, that's high praise � I'm not easy to please. My wish for the 5th star is better social media coverage. Otherwise this is exceptional.
